Thanks for joining us, Jutirat! Tell us a bit about your background.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Public relations, with a master’s degree in marketing and communication. After a long journey, I started to work for an engineering company under the HR director. After that, I started my career as an HRBP in another tech company. More than ten years later, I moved to Airbus.
What do you do in your role?
NAVBLUE is part of the Airbus’ Flight Operations Services in Bangkok team. As the HR coordinator for NAVBLUE in Asia, I support all the NAVBLUE people in the region.
Working on Airbus and NAVBLUE at the same time is a great opportunity. And at the same time, it is also really beneficial for my daily-basis work operations. Sometimes, we have different processes depending on the division,country or company. So, having the NAVBLUE people under the Airbus’ umbrella here in APAC makes everything more efficient.
How do you work within NAVBLUE as an Airbus employee?
I treat NAVBLUE people and Airbus people in the same way.
I apply the same managing policies and processes. It’s a matter of collaboration and eficiency.
Why do you feel this collaboration is important?
I think it is very important because we are present across the world. Collaboration and teamwork are critical for understanding each other.
If we listen more and acknowledge each other while we collaborate together, we can overcome any adversity.
What we do has an impact in the world. We take passengers across the world, together.
