Summary:

NAVBLUE is currently seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive marketing operational efficiency initiatives while contributing to creative and portfolio marketing, to successfully support NAVBLUE’s business targets and corporate objectives.

 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Portfolio marketing
  • Develop marketing messages, argumentation and material for specific packages and transversal portfolio topics
  • Develop value assessment methodologies and material to demonstrate and promote the value generated by the NAVBLUE products/services
  • Support portfolio roadmap communications
  • Creative marketing
  • Create and update content for corporate, internal and external communication, under coordination with the Communication department: press releases, websites, blogs, social media, trade shows, and events and conferences.
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of digital marketing strategies 
  • Lead NAVBLUE Air, the internal NAVBLUE Operations Control Center for customer experience, set-up and promotion worldwide.
  • Support branding plan definition
  • Operational efficiency 
    • Consolidate and provide the Marketing business requirements for the evolution of our Marketing and Commercial Office tools and processes (i.e. Market analytics, CRM).
    • Own, harmonize and keep updated of the internal NAVBLUE product marketing library and templates (i.e. commercial offer template)
    • Benchmark within Airbus, within the industry and other industries (research on innovative marketing practices, value-based pricing strategies and methodologies)
    • Support internal processes definition (Go-to-market, Customer Feedback Loop)
  • Coordinate inputs within the marketing team for common deliverables such as Market forecasts, Operating Plans, etc. 

 

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training in Marketing

Experience & Capabilities:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Marketing is preferred
  • Previous experience with a major Flight Operations solutions provider and / or major airline is preferred

Licensure/Certifications:

  • Must have official authorization to work in France.

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities & Competencies:

  • Must work effectively with others in a team environment as well as work independently with little supervision, depending on the task at hand.
  • Capable of understanding and using enterprise software solutions.
  • Capable of demonstrating high-level of product knowledge internally and to customers.
  • Understanding of market trends in a fast moving environment.
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses. 
  • Innovative and creative mindset

Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):

  • Fluent in English.
  • Communication skills and effective interpersonal skills appropriate for interacting with customers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Technical Systems Proficiency:

  • Competent in the use of the Google Workspace suite of products.
  • Capable of understanding and learning to use enterprise software solutions such as Salesforce, Qlik Sense, LoopIO, and Cirium.
  • Competent in SEO/SEM and Google Analytics

Travel Required: 

  • Able to travel both domestically and internationally occasionally.
