Job Summary:

NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a Charts+ Data Delivery Operator to join our growing team. 

A Charts+ Data Delivery Operator 1 is responsible for supporting the Aerodata Hub Delivery team in managing and delivering the Charts+ product line to various NAVBLUE Customers.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage recurring Charts+ and Mission+ delivery for all Customers  (Aerodrome, Terminal & Enroute Charts) using inhouse NAVBLUE Delivery Tools.
  • Conduct self and peer quality checks of completed work packages for accuracy and consistency.
  • Follow established Delivery procedures, Instructions and improve procedures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with core teams - Data Production teams and customer experience to review Customer requests to Charts+ & Mission+ subscriptions.
  • Adhere to the set Delivery schedule to provide seamless services to all NAVBLUE Charts+ & Mission+ product subscribers.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of day to day and weekly delivery activities tasks for Charts+ and Mission+ deliveries.

 

Additional / Cross functional roles :

  • Should be willing to collaborate and take part in the Airport+ Product line delivery. The products are Airport+ Runway Database(RDB) & Airport+ Airport Mapping Database(AMDB)

 

Required Skills/Experience: 

  • Requires an ability to work with multiple delivery tools and manage the output for various Customer requirements as per their subscription.
  • Good Communication skills, both written and verbally, within the team, internal and external as well.
  • Be accountable, take ownership and ensure completion of the tasks on time.
  • High attention to details, team coordination and zero tolerance for error.
  • Willingness to work extra hours during a crisis or disruption.
  • Good understanding of the importance of safety and quality is most important.
  • Nurture a continuous improvement and learning mentality.

 

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior knowledge in Aviation, Flight Operations is an added advantage

 

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an aviation related area.
