Who are we looking for?

NAVBLUE is looking for someone with a love of technology and automation, someone who is driven by curiosity and someone with a desire to constantly improve things for our customers, our teams, and themselves. We are looking for someone to join our DevOps pipeline team which provides services and support to help product teams meet their goals of quality and agile deliveries as they take on new technologies and platforms.

Our responsibilities:

The DevOps Pipeline team is responsible for providing centralized services that developers from multiple sites use to deliver their products. Our primary responsibility is to maintain and improve the services our developers depend on. We also provide support to teams as products adopt our services whether that is answering a simple question or helping them define their delivery pipelines.

What you offer:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a developer, systems administration, or DevOps role.
  • Demonstrated ability to automate build, release and deploy processes using CI and scripting.
  • Experience of configuration management systems such as Ansible or Chef.
  • General knowledge of software build automation tools. For example make, maven, dotnet, 
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS is an asset.
  • A good understanding of infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Packer, etc.
  • Driven by a technical curiosity and desire to solve problems and make things better.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work independently as part of a small distributed team.
  • Ability to travel Internationally as required (0-10%).
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is an asset
