A vacancy for a position in charge of Planning & Reporting and Internal Control Finance has arisen within Navblue Finance in Toulouse.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Performance (Controlling), you will be responsible for the financial planning & reporting deliverables of Navblue and towards Airbus. This position includes also being the business partner for Navblue HR and to be the focal point for the one-roof entities (entities hosting Navblue employees worldwide). This position is also in charge of drumbeating the internal control within the Navblue finance organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
You will manage the financial processes for Navblue Group such as OP, Forecast, Closing, Reporting and Transfer Pricing. You are responsible for building a consolidated view of the Navblue entities for these deliverables. This means that you drumbeat these finance processes internally with the controlling and accounting team and Navblue business. You will then analyse and consolidate the inputs to obtain the Group view.
For the deliverables mentioned above, you will be the major focal point for Airbus Customer Services Controlling (Planning Analytics, Cost by nature, Quarterly reporting, OP and Forecast). Airbus Customer Services consolidates Navblue in their financial statements.
You will be the finance business partner for the HR organisation: you are in charge of establishing the forecast and OP and analyzing the actuals for the HR function, as well as for the overall salaries & benefits of Navblue internal employees.
This role includes also being the finance focal point of the overseas entities of Airbus where Navblue employees are hosted (“One-roof entities such as Airbus Americas, Airbus Singapore, Airbus China…). This part of the job also includes the controlling of the travel spend and the facility management cost.
You are drumbeating the requirements of internal control and compliance in Finance and you contribute to improving these standards.
